Delivery

All mainland USA orders take 2-3 business days to be delivered

Delivery to Europe , Africa and Australia takes 7-10 working days . It is highly recommended that you order at least 7 days before you need the hair

  • Delivery will be made to the address specified by you on the completed order form . Our delivery charges will be specified at the time the order is placed
  • When you place an order we may not be able to provide an exact date at the time you order, if so then we will aspire to provide you with an approximate delivery time when you place the order and we will contact you again by email when we are able to specify a date.
  • We will endeavor to deliver items within the United States within 2-3 business days but we are not able to guarantee any specific delivery date. We will not be liable if we fail to do so in part or in full due to circumstances beyond our control.
  • If the address entered at the checkout is incorrect it is the customer’s responsibility to contact YCHair to rectify this error . Once the order has been dispatched YCH will not be responsible for any items lost or delayed if the provided address is incorrect .
  • If you have supplied an unconfirmed delivery address or an address that is not registered to the PayPal account you have used , your order may be delayed or cancelled.
  • Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery and email us if this time frame has exceeded.

Returns:

We hope you will be happy with your purchase. However , should you feel it’s necessary to return the items you may cancel the contract for its purchase by contacting us on yolicouturehair@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving the items.

  • Defective items or items with transit damage must be notified to us within 30 days ( unless the defect is not obvious within that time period ) .
  • The goods we supply have a hygiene element . Therefore , once the packaging has been opened , they may not be returned unless they are defective .
  • If you cancel the contract for your purchase , you will be responsible for ensuring that the items remain in the same condition they were in when you received them until they are returned to us.
  • If you cancel the contract for your purchase , you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us unless the item is defective or we have delivered the item to you in error .
  • Items should be returned to us in their original condition in the original packaging and unused and unopened.

  • We will refund the price paid by you for that item or
  • If the item is defective , we will at your request supply you with a replacement item
  • We will not refund the delivery charge for sending the item to you unless the item is defective .
